Technews Publishing (Pty) Ltd. is a private, limited liability company, registered in the Republic of South Africa in terms of the Companies Act, 1973.

The primary activity of Technews is the provision of credible, timeous content, above-the-line (in print), below-the-line (through events and/or research) and through-the-line (online), with a particular focus on the technical niches of electrical/electronic engineering, process control and automation, and security.

Technews subscribes to the MPASA Code of Practice and, for unresolved disputes, supports resolution through the Press Ombudsman. Technews is a member of MPASA, and all Technews titles are ABC audited.

We wish to inform our colleagues and business associates that Darren Smith is no longer employed as managing director of Technews Publishing.
All correspondence and interaction that would previously have been with Darren should be redirected to Vivienne Dorrington.
